Chefs and More have partnered with the fantastic charity Children’s Hospice South West.
We have been to site and seen the amazing work they carry out and with your help we can in a small way assist them in their activities.
The hospice provides care for children with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West. The care they offer is wide ranging; respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care. They operate three hospices; Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in mid Cornwall.
They offer a home from home where children with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away from home to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. Providing a much-needed break from the ongoing strains of caring for their children at home, juggling professional and medical appointments as well as maintaining family life and employment. In the main they provide respite, the chance for families to get away from it all, but they also offer emergency and palliative care in a peaceful and comfortable setting.
